(Company) would like to invite you to conduct a new and different way of applying for a vacancy at our company. To give our applicants the best chance of securing an in person interview we have implemented a one-way video interview at the very beginning – the application process.
This allows us to get to know a little more about you without purely looking at your CV credentials and gives you the opportunity to put your best foot forward.
The one-way interview will consist of a set of questions that we have created where you will need to view each question and then submit a recorded video answer for each question within a certain time frame allocated to answer the question.
Once you have completed all the questions, we will review this along with your CV as there is a section to upload your CV, other important information we need and you even get to record a short cover video if you like which replaces the traditional cover letter that most of our candidates are used to.
Please note that when you start the interview, this is considered a LIVE interview meaning you won’t be able to stop, pause or close when you start – if you do, unfortunately you won’t be considered for this vacancy.
